National Local Government HR Conference*

The Municipal Association of Victoria, in partnership with all other peak local government bodies in Australia, is proud to be hosting the fourth National Local Government Human Resources Conference at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, 11–13 November 2015.

Held biennially and convened by all state local government associations, this premier event is the only national local government human resources event.

Over 150 delegates from around Australia will attend this unique three day program which will include keynote speakers, interactive workshops and panel discussions, drawing on the knowledge from experts across a range of topics including risk, performance and productivity issues as well as looking at current and emerging human resource issues facing the sector locally and nationally.

This premier human resources event is targeted at directors, managers and officers involved with human resources, workforce, people and culture, leadership, training, learning, development, risk, performance, productivity, administration and payroll, as well as sector HR professionals. An exhibition will also run alongside the conference so that commercial HR organisations can showcase their capabilities in product and service provision and engage
with delegates.
