After running outsourced parking contracts for a number of years using third party software, Tenix Solutions implemented NOVA Park to streamline and improve the operation of its parking business. It now offers NOVA Park to local authorities around Australia to support the delivery of their parking enforcement programs.

Tenix Solutions currently has 20 clients using NOVA Park, ranging from some of Victoria’s largest Councils, including Stonnington and Port Phillip, as well as other infringement issuing agencies such as hospitals and universities.
NOVA Park securely stores all information relating to a parking offence including any correspondence, photographs of the offence and where available voice recordings. All of the information that users need is at their fingertips, thus reducing overall processing time as well as promoting a paperless environment.
Tenix Solutions also offers NOVA Park as a fully hosted service. This means Tenix Solutions will take care of software installation, maintenance and upgrades, and provide remote support along with fully managed infrastructure services, including data storage and back up.

Tenix Solutions allows Councils to pick and choose the services they would like to have managed. This may include interfacing with vehicle registration databases, printing and mailing of notices, access to third party payment providers such as Australia Post and processing of court lodgements.
Tenix Solutions also provides a fully managed end to end solution including on street enforcement and infringement administration.
