New compactor with water tank*

Crommelins Machinery has recently released a rugged, heavy duty compactor suitable for soil and asphalt compacting.

This unit features a self contained water tank with a built in valve and sprinkler bar, ideal when compacting asphalt and for when moisture needs to be added to the soil so the desired level of compaction is achieved.

Other features include:

• cast steel base for durability
• high quality alloy throttle control
• lifting frame for easy transport and manoeuvrability
• oil filled exciter provides long life
• onboard transport wheels with wide, smooth rolling resin tyres
• two year warranty on SUBARU engine.

With a SUBARU six horsepower EX17D engine, the compactor’s total weight is 102 kilograms. Its plate size has a length of 590mm and is 500mm wide.
