Leisure Action (a service of the Spastic Society of Victoria) was approached to be involved. This project concentrated on the following areas. Training and Resources Customer Service Program Development Policy Development Marketing and Promotion The outcomes of the project have included the leisure centres adopting a welcoming attitude, trained staff and inclusive programs. The centres have experienced increased patronage, which has enhanced their profile in the community.
